About this notice

Cucci Association Management is operated by Cucci Realty LLC. In this notice, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cucci Realty LLC operating Cucci Association Management.

This notice explains how Cucci Association Management handles information submitted through cuccihoa.com and related website inquiries. It does not replace an association’s own privacy practices, a management agreement, or the terms of a separate resident or payment portal.

Information you provide

When you request a consultation, we ask for your first and last name, email address, association town, association type, management priorities, and permission to contact you about your inquiry. You may also provide a phone number, association name, number of homes or units, and a description of your management needs. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share.

Please do not send bank information, payment-card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, association financial records, or private resident information through the inquiry form. Contact us first if your request requires a secure document exchange.

How we use inquiry information

We use your information to respond to your request, discuss service availability, understand your association’s needs, prepare for a consultation, and maintain related business communications. Submitting an inquiry does not create a management agreement or authorize unrelated promotional text messages.

Service providers and sharing

Our website uses WordPress and SiteGround hosting. Consultation requests are sent through email services to Follow Up Boss, our customer relationship management system, so we can organize and respond to inquiries. Our contact email, chris@cuccihoa.com, forwards to chris@cuccirealty.com. These systems and their authorized operators may process information needed to provide hosting, email delivery, security, storage, and customer communications.

We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to protect our website, business, or the rights and safety of others. This website inquiry form does not make your contact details publicly visible.

Technical information and cookies

Website hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and access times to operate and protect the site. WordPress uses cookies for functions such as administrator sign-in. The consultation form also uses temporary security checks and salted identifiers to limit spam and duplicate submissions; it does not intentionally save the submitted contact details in the WordPress database.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits and clicks on our consultation and phone links. Analytics uses cookies and sends Google technical information about your browser, device and website activity. We do not send inquiry-field contents to Analytics, and we do not enable advertising personalization or Google Signals. We do not use a Follow Up Boss website-tracking pixel.

Optional Analytics is blocked until you choose “Allow analytics.” You can decline without affecting the inquiry form, or change your choice using “Privacy choices.” We remember your choice on this browser for up to 180 days. We also honor detected Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by keeping Analytics off. Withdrawing permission stops future collection; it does not automatically erase previously collected information. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Optional Google Maps

The homepage offers an optional Google map of our Oak Lawn location. The embedded map does not load until you select “Load Google Map.” Loading it connects your browser to Google, which receives connection information such as your IP address and browser information and may use cookies under its own privacy practices. This choice is separate from Analytics permission and does not turn Analytics on.

Select “Close map” to remove the embedded map from the page. This does not erase information already sent to Google or cookies already set. We do not remember your map choice across page loads. Links to credential providers, municipal resources, and other websites take you to services operated by others. Their privacy practices apply when you visit them. Resources loaded from another website may also share ordinary connection information with that provider.

Retention and security

Inquiry messages may remain in our email and customer relationship management systems. We retain information for responding to inquiries, maintaining appropriate business records, and meeting applicable legal or security needs. Retention depends on the purpose and record type. Temporary form-security records have shorter lifetimes; this does not automatically remove inquiry messages from email or Follow Up Boss.

We use access controls and website security measures to help protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may choose not to submit optional information or contact us by phone instead. To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop nonessential follow-up, contact us below. We may need to verify your identity. We will review requests in light of applicable requirements and any legitimate recordkeeping obligations.
